Michael S. Oldfather

Michael is an innovative, customer-centric leader with a commitment to driving growth to meet community needs. He accomplishes this while developing high-level teams that exceed goals and propels businesses forward. Michael provides a real-world understanding of the importance of leadership and relationship management to the bottom line. Michael develops comprehensive knowledge of products, competitors, and market conditions to guide strategies and optimize revenue. He is successful in leveraging various training methodologies to provide customized onsite and virtual education programs to meet the demands of the customer and organization.

Michael started his career in healthcare in 2006, after twenty years of sales in the beverage industry.  In the past fifteen years, he has held several leadership positions including Senior Account Executive, District Manager, Executive Director, Director of Business Development and Divisional Director of Business Development for leading state and national end of life care providers across multiple states in the western United States.

Michael has a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
